Readings
"Face not centered"
Move so your whole face is inside the outline and hold the device at eye level.
"Too dark"
Face a light source, such as a window or lamp. Avoid strong light behind you.
"Excessive motion"
Rest the device on something steady and stay still until the reading ends.
Programs and access
A participant can't see their program
Check they signed in with the invited email and tapped Join. New programs are private, so either add them to the program or turn on Program Visibility. Then they add it under Programs › Find › Add to Library.
I can't add someone to a program
They need to join your organization first. Invite them to the organization with the program selected.
An admin can see a program but can't run it
Admins need a program role or subscription to launch activities. Add them under the program’s Members.
I can't publish my activity
Open Review and fix any red item in the readiness checklist. See Activity Builder.
Sign-in
The sign-in page looks tiny
Zoom in with Ctrl or ⌘ and +.
"We couldn't load your invitations"
Click Try again.
