# Troubleshooting

## Readings

Move so your whole face is inside the outline and hold the device at eye level.

Face a light source, such as a window or lamp. Avoid strong light behind you.

Rest the device on something steady and stay still until the reading ends.

## Programs and access

<details class="faq"><summary>A participant can't see their program</summary><div>

Check they signed in with the invited email and tapped **Join**. New programs are private, so either add them to the program or turn on **Program Visibility**. Then they add it under **Programs › Find › Add to Library**.

<details class="faq"><summary>I can't add someone to a program</summary><div>

They need to join your organization first. [Invite them](https://presagetech.com/docs/essessment/invite) to the organization with the program selected.

<details class="faq"><summary>An admin can see a program but can't run it</summary><div>

Admins need a program role or subscription to launch activities. Add them under the program's Members.
